Artichoke Balls

  • 2 Cans Artichoke Hearts
  • 2 Cans Italian Bread Crumbs
  • 1 Cup Parmesan Cheese
  • Garlic to Taste
  • Cayenne Pepper to Taste

Mash ingredients together. Add 2-3 drops of olive oil. Roll into balls. Roll in extra parmesan cheese.
