Autumn Soup

- 1 Pound Ground Meat
- 1 Cup Chopped Onion
- 3 Cups Water
- 1 Cup Cut-Up Carrots
- 1 Cup Cubed Potatoes
- 1 Cup Diced Celery
- 2 Teaspoons Salt
- ΒΌ Teaspoon Pepper
- 1 Teaspoon Kitchen Bouquet
- 1 Bay Leaf
- 1/8 Teaspoon Basil
- 28 Ounces Canned Tomatoes
Cook meat until brown. Drain. Cook and stir onions with meat until tender, about 5 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients; heat to boiling. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
