Autumn Soup

  • 1 Pound Ground Meat
  • 1 Cup Chopped Onion
  • 3 Cups Water
  • 1 Cup Cut-Up Carrots
  • 1 Cup Cubed Potatoes
  • 1 Cup Diced Celery
  • 2 Teaspoons Salt
  • ΒΌ Teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 Teaspoon Kitchen Bouquet
  • 1 Bay Leaf
  • 1/8 Teaspoon Basil
  • 28 Ounces Canned Tomatoes

Cook meat until brown. Drain. Cook and stir onions with meat until tender, about 5 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients; heat to boiling. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
