Cauliflower & Cheese

- 1 Head Cauliflower
- 1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1 Egg
- ½ Cup Milk (Approximately)
- Shredded Cheese
- Salt and Pepper
Boil cauliflower until tender. Break apart and season to taste. Place in casserole dish sprayed with PAM. Mix soup, egg, and milk. Pour mixture over cauliflower and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350° until cheese is melted.
