Cauliflower & Cheese

1 Head Cauliflower 1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup 1 Egg ½ Cup Milk (Approximately) Shredded Cheese Salt and Pepper Boil cauliflower until tender. Break apart and season to taste. 6 Large Red Potatoes, Peeled and Diced About One Inch Squares 1 Teaspoon Salt Cover potatoes with water in a 5 quart casserole dish. Add salt. 1 Package Pistachio Pudding 1 Large Can Crushed Pineapple 9 Ounces Carton Cool Whip ½ Cup Minature Marshmallows ½ Cup Chopped Pecans 6-12 Chopped Maraschino Cherries (Optional) Mix pudding and cool whip together. Add the remainder of the ingredients. Chill.

2 Small Cans Mandarin Oranges 1 Can Chunk Pineapple ½ Cup Chopped Pecans 2 Cups Marshmallows 10 Ounces Bottle Cherries 1 Cup Coconut 16 Ounces Sour Cream 2-3 Sliced Bananas Drain fruit. Mix together. Chill overnight. Add sliced bananas on day of serving.
