Mozzarella Cheese Sticks

1 Pound Mozzarella Cheese 2 Eggs, Beaten 1 Cup Flour 1 Cup Seasoned Breadcrumbs Slice the mozzarella into ½” wedges. Set up 3 bowls, on with flour, one with egg, one with bread crumbs. Coat each piece of cheese first with flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs. Then place immediately into the hot oil to fry.

Corn Dip

2 Cans Mexicorn, Drained 1 Can Whole Kernel Corn, Drained 16 Ounces Sour Cream 1 Cup Mayo 1 Bunch Green Onions, Chopped 3-4 Slices Jalapeños, Chopped 2 Cups Sharp Cheddar, Grated Fine ½ Teaspoon Salt 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice 2 Tablespoons Tony’s Garlic Powder to Taste Mix all ingredients together and chill. Serve with crackers.

Cheese Squares

8 Ounces Cheddar (Mild or Moderate) 8 Ounces Pepper Jack Cheese 2 Eggs ½ Cup Milk 2 Tablespoons Flour ½ Teaspoon Salt Grate cheese. Mix all ingredients. Put in glass dish. Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes. Cool. Slice.

Artichoke Balls

2 Cans Artichoke Hearts 2 Cans Italian Bread Crumbs 1 Cup Parmesan Cheese Garlic to Taste Cayenne Pepper to Taste Mash ingredients together. Add 2-3 drops of olive oil. Roll into balls. Roll in extra parmesan cheese.
